• Aerol Penetrant Spray 400ml is a visible red dye penetrant designed for non-destructive testing and visual detection of surface-breaking cracks, flaws, and discontinuities in metallic components. The solvent-removable formulation penetrates fine surface defects and helps produce visible indications during the dye penetrant inspection process. It is intended for use as part of a three-part DPT system together with a suitable cleaner and developer. The spray is suitable for inspection of welded joints, fabricated components, machined surfaces, automotive parts, engineering equipment, construction structures, and other compatible metallic surfaces. Its aerosol format provides convenient application during workshop and field inspection activities. The product is designed to be non-corrosive to most metals and complies with applicable requirements including IS 3658, ASTM E-165, ASTM E-1220, and relevant ASME requirements.
