Description

• Aerol Zinc Spray Grade 3060 is a zinc-rich cold galvanizing coating designed to provide long-term corrosion protection to ferrous metal surfaces and repair damaged galvanized areas. The formulation contains more than 97% zinc purity and produces a bright silver finish, making it suitable for touch-up applications after cutting, drilling, welding, machining, and weather-related damage. The coating provides sacrificial anodic protection and offers excellent resistance against corrosion and weather exposure. It dries quickly, becoming touch-dry in less than 20 minutes under specified conditions, with approximately 24 hours required for full curing. Grade 3060 can be applied to suitable steel structures, cable trays, GI gratings, galvanized pipes and tubes, telecommunication towers, automobile underbodies and parts, offshore structures, and power-plant equipment.
